Wow, passengers got stuck up side down. If I were them I would be terrified..But luckily it was in the USA and I'm in New Zealand. It probably happened because of the clumsy guy who started and stopped the roller-coaster. He probably was on his coffee break when he was swinging on his chair and fell off which spilled coffee on the controls.
The roller coaster was going into a loop when it randomly stopped in the middle of the loop and it got stuck up side down
