Passengers get stuck on roller coaster
WALT: Summaries.

In the U.S.A a roller-coaster ride went terribly wrong.
The ride stopped half way through the track in Six flag adventure park,
more than 20 passengers got stranded in the air 14 meters above the ground.
Workers at the adventure park sheltered the passengers from the sun with umbrellas,
while the fire fighters were called in to rescue the passengers.
Luckily for the passengers they were facing upwards.
No injuries have been reported so far.

Sounds like they are not going back there again. : )

YOLO added the online dictionary!!! 

WALT: summarise

Yolo, cray,crazy and adorbs, has been added to the online dictionary!!! But, the hand held paper dictionary will not have these amazing words in it. If they are still popular in the next few years, they might be in the Oxford English dictionary.

I think that it's great they have added words from the 21st century and have interacted with the teenagers these days, not keeping it old school !

Monkey causes uproar.
WALT:summarise

A monkey has caused chaos by taking a picture of itself.
It snatched the camera off a man called David Slater.
And, he took a selfie.
The photo is now famous all over the net!!!
The problem is that people are using the photo without paying for it.
They say that the photo doesn't belong to anyone because the monkey took it.
This is because professional photo takers have things called copy writes and the public
has to pay them in order to use their photos.
In my opinion I think there should be less fuss over funny photos because
we should all have a laugh sometimes, don't you think?

UNEXPECTED BEAR SAVING A CROW

WALT: SUMMARISE

Something unexpected happened!
A grizzly bear saw a crow  drowning so he decided to save MR. crow.
The bear decided to go do his own thing but first he put MR.crow down safely on dry ground.

Over all R.P and  KR.L think that this is a very brave and friendly bear. We would love to have this bear as a friend because he saved MR.crows life and someday he might save ours.

A roller coaster ride over in USA stopped in mid air. There were over 20 passengers on the ride. While fire fighters were coming they were stranded until they came. They were very lucky that they did not have any injuries.


I think it would have been scary for me!!!!!

LEAVING 20 PASSENGERS 14 METERS HIGH MID WAY TRHOUGH, LUCKILY THEY WERE NOT UPSIDE DOWN.                                                                                                                                                               
PARK WORKERS HAVE SHIELDED THE RIDERS FROM THE BURNING SUN.

All Blacks draw with Australia.
WALT summarise.
The New Zealand rugby team, the All Blacks drew with Australia in Sydney. It was their first game in The Rugby Championship. They drew with the Wallabies 12-12 with no tries in the game. Wyatt Crockett and Beauden Barret both got yellow cards in the game. First Five Aaron Cruden scored all the points for the All Blacks in the game with 4 penalties. In the game dominated by the whistle of the referee, the Wallabies had the biggest chances of scoring. The next game is going to be played in Auckland this weekend! I hope All Blacks win.

My personal opinion
I don't think it was a good game for NZ. We have beaten them in most games. It was however a good game for Australia. They had more chances to score.

STUCK UP SIDE DOWN :D

PASSENGERS GET STUCK ON ROLLER-COASTER.

Wow, passengers got stuck up side down. If I were them I would be terrified..But luckily it was in the USA and I'm in  New Zealand. It probably happened because of the clumsy guy who started and stopped the roller-coaster. He probably was on his coffee break when he was swinging on his chair and fell off which spilled coffee on the controls.

The roller coaster was going into a loop when it randomly stopped in the middle of the loop and it got stuck up side down i will be freking out if i was up   sied down heheheheh skeary it gives me the shives

                        Two players die at chess tournament ! 
WALT- SUMMARISE

Kurt Meier was a Swiss born chess player who died from a heart attack!
While a chess player from Uzbekistan was found dead in his hotel room!
Chess is a very , very dangerous sport due to the high stress levels.
On the same day that the final chess tournament was on, the two chess players died.
 

I don't think that you could really die at chess but it could give you a stress-related heart attack I suppose.

The All Blacks draw with Australia.
WALT: summarise.

The outstanding All Blacks held back by the mighty Wallabies resulted in a boring 12 - all draw in Sydney.Unfortunately the strong Kiwis did not have the power to beat the improved Wallabies.
As a result the All Blacks fell down from their amazing winning streak and ended on 17 wins and they really hoped that they could break the world record of 18 straight wins in a row.

We thought that Australians deserved to win but hope that the All Blacks will win in Auckland .
